overall the experience was decent some of the restaurant lights were not working if you have a birthday person with you make sure you buy cake from there only as outside cake is not allowed Food: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5 Family Restaurant: 5/5 Staff Behaviour: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Toilet cleanliness: 3/5

I visited the restaurant, Kali Ghata, on 28 March 2026 with my son. During our visit, we ordered Chole Bhature and Veg Momos. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. After placing the order, we had to wait for approximately 30 minutes for the momos, and when they were finally served, they were completely cold. Additionally, no drinking water was served at our table, even after repeatedly informing the manager. Despite raising these concerns, there was no acknowledgment or sense of responsibility from the staff or the manager regarding the poor service. Overall, it was an extremely unsatisfactory experience. The level of service provided was far below expectations—significantly worse than what one would receive even from a street vendor. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service standards.

Kali Ghata is one of the pathetic restaurant and their staff is more careless and pathetic. They never check the quantity of your order and always deliver incorrect and incomplete order and when you complain about your order. They blame everything on the rider. Secondly, This is not the first complaint about Zomato riders…they always do like that. Please don’t order anything from Kali Ghata and Zomato

Ordered masala dosa and idli at the restaurants first floor seating place. The idlis were old and smelly, had to return the order. The masala dosa was bland, no salt and other spices. I left the plate after taking 2-3 bites as it was unpalatable. On complaining to the floor manager about the food quality, the staff got very defensive. Very poor experience.

very bed experience I had, I had ordered 6 item, I got only 3 item ,we called kali ghat no owners accepted it was missed from our side, we are requesting to get delivery the same owner said you have to order one item then we can deliver and we can refund money also this thing happened multiple time with me sunita

day before yesterday few items on zomato...n do my surprise it papdi chaat there was no papdi....in pau bhaaji- bhaaji was khatiiiiiiiii......n this i took it to my inlaws...so just imagine how much love i would have gotten.... i spent 750 bucks n what service i got......imagine in papdi chaat u didnt put papdi...

very very bad taste staff I asked the staff to make it fresh, he added old gravy to this Manchurian. When I spoke to the pickup counter manager he was arguing with me.
