I've dined here several times, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, with a menu that offers a great variety of dishes. The [specific dish] is a standout favorite of mine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Although it can be a bit noisy and the prices are on the higher side considering the ambiance and location, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Kali Ghata is getting worst day by day in terms of hygeine, apparently the entire team of cleaning staff was on break at the same time.. last time also a waiter named Ram was sitting on the stairs and neglecting service and we were informed that since he was getting married he was on phone which was the stupidest thing I heard as an excuse by the staff themselves

The food was completely stale. I made a complaint, the zomato associate was so sweet to help me talk to the merchant but the merchant misbehaved and was so rude. He didn’t even address the issue and stopped picking her call. Zomato should put this restaurant off of their list because they are just lowering down Zomato’s name.

Chole bhtura is pith8 bhatira instead of paneer bhatira. Charged too much in every item. quality very poor.
