Excellent service - menu is deep and the chicken Sui Mai , mushroom cheese gyoza, edamame cream roll sushi , chicken chilli oil dumplings were delightful ! Truly a fine dine menu for lovers of Japanese cuisine !

one of the best restaurants my top food item was sushi I just loved it , the hot n sour soup just wow and prawns cigar rolls wow just too yummy 😋 and ramen bowl is heaven, must try 🩵🩵

the ambience was great, the DJ was spot on. the food tasted 4/5, however the quantity did not justify the price, atleast for dimsums. the katdu curry was really nice, however it tastes better with extra chilly. if the price per item was 10-15% less, OR the quantity per item was +2, then the place could easily be 5/5. As it stands, it's currently 3.5/5🌻

I had to ask to get basic cutlery, after the food was served. How are we supposed to eat, isn't that something you provide before the food? No chopsticks, nothing. Ordered starters, 1 wasnt available! food was below average. mocktails not up to the mark.

Serious Concern Regarding Food Safety – Visit on 24th Feb I visited Kampai on 24th Feb for dinner. I have dined with you several times before and have generally had positive experiences. To begin with, the ambience was pleasant and maintained the premium feel the restaurant is known for. The service, while courteous, did take a little longer than expected when trying to get a waiter’s attention, but it was manageable. The food itself tasted good during the visit. However, the most serious concern arose after we left. Both my colleague and I experienced stomach illness shortly after dining at the restaurant. This caused considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Regardless of how good the food tastes or how appealing the setting is, food safety is non-negotiable. It is a fundamental expectation when dining out. As repeat customers, this was particularly disappointing and has left a very negative impression. An experience like this significantly impacts trust, and without confidence in food safety, it becomes difficult to consider returning. I hope you treat this matter with urgency, review your food handling and hygiene standards, and take appropriate corrective action.

Really unprofessional and off-putting behaviour. One of the servers cleaned a Tuna dish from our table while 1/2 of it was still left, (honest mistake) but when we asked why did they do that, another server brought us the same platter back from the kitchen few minutes after, asking us to finish and convincing it’s untouched and we can eat it without any problem. :/ This is off-putting even in a homely setting, let alone a professional restaurant. Had a wonderful experience at Kampai Promenade couple of days ago but Aerocity branch was really bad in terms of everything- ambience, food, service. Really disappointed.
