The food is phenomenal. Heard a lot about this place and it didn't disappoint. The ambience is amazing, the service is amazing now coming to the food. we ordered asparagus and cucmber sushi , tofu nori tacos korean crunchy vegetables in gochuchang sauce with cantonese noodles and jasmine rice with kaaze (0% alcohol mocktails). food was phenomenal. this is by far the best asian place in the city right now. Prices are also decent but the food is lip smacking. totally recommended

Excellent food! the ceviche and tartare dishes were sublime! service by Airish was the cherry on thr cake! Highly recommend the place for a celebratory meal :)

Anti-family environment - ​We were planning our visit to Kamei for lunch as a family and were denied reservatuin because our child is under 6. Denying a young family entry for lunch is incredibly poor customer service. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants that actually welcome families—save your time and money and go to one of those instead. ​While restaurants have the right to set their own rules and such rules make absolute sense for evening/dinner time, turning away families during day hours feels rigid and out of touch. Very poor hospitality.
