If you like super spicy food, then Karim's is your to go place. I generally eat spicy food, but i had to use a pile of tissues to wipe off my tears. Quantity is good and loved the ta doori roti. There was no beverage option available and we had to only settle to a coke can (which I avoid) but burning sensation needed some cold.

bad taste , no customer , dog was sleeping outside the entry , he didn't ask for the water , waiter was watching tv all the time cricket match. I was the only cx at dinner time , overpriced food , taste should be improved.

The place is just horrible & food is even more… We were 8 of us and ordered chicken burra & sheek kabab for starters… I never wished to had such absurd stinking tasteless food in my life & the price was 600 for one portion… Even if I would have prepared it at home would have been much better to consume… We showed courage and ordered main course and trust we couldn’t eat it as it was so so so so poor… And we paid 5k for our most pathetic dinner ever had… Please please please never ever visit this place… If you really want to accompany your enemies…

The waiters talk back to you and are more invested in watching tv rather than serving you. They have a very very rude attitude.. no wonder their restaurant is empty all the time... The table next to us left half n hour ago and they didn't clean it even after us pointing it out.. and then they claim to be spotless... Food was not worth the rude service.. i would rather have bad food than bad service.. the waiter who was absolutely unnecessarily rude was haider.. if you do come here - pray you don't get him as your server..

At 1pm no one is there to take orders or even seat customers . The worst experience EVeR . I urge the owner to stop getting fleeced by his absolute third rate staff - these guys are chilling and looting your money . And if you can’t run it , then shut it . Spoiling the brand name of ‘ karim ‘ with this outlet . You have successfully managed to permanently lose a 20+ year old customer

Came here on a weekday night and was surprised at it was completely empty. Waiter also said for payment they will only take cash (then he eventually agreed that UPI would be fine). Ordered only a few starters as the ambience felt dull and quiet. The chicken tikka was good and seekh kebab was average. Was certainly expecting higher given the brand name, but overall disappointing.

I ordered food from zomato, the breads delivered were so thick that they were not at all edible. When called at restaurant to talk about the issue, the manager simply said to put a complain on zomato app and was not at all interested in customer feedback.

Worst restaurant of the chain, order 4 items all are useless with no taste. It should be closed as per ratings, karim should take the necessary stand. Shameless attitude, simply ridiculous.

This is not original Karims…which is located in Noida Sector 104…the food taste is bad…nothing can compete the original karims from Noida.

very bad taste ....Did not accept payment via zomato stating very bizarre reasons... extremely bad experience
