I still have to go to the original Jama Masjid Hotel but for now settling with the franchise option. So this one is at Janakpuri where I took the Chicken Biryani special, which comes with a two piece biryani, curd, salad, two eggs and a Coke. I haven't ate at the original outlet but this one was okay of not great. Chicken was really good, rice and curd were okay. I went here with my family and they also liked this outlet. Overall a good place but definitely next time I am gonna go to the main outlet.

The best Mughalai food chain in India which serves the wide variety of curry and breads I like chicken tikka Korma Mutton This what you should try when you visit the place

The manager sitting at counter, taking orders, is ill mannered and illiterate. Following/complying with food related instructions is out of his league and needs to be taught some manners. Asking for thin khamiri or onions or better pieces in full portion meat is not a crime. Dismissing Some1's request just because he lacks empathy or does not consider guests as important is rubbish. Good food coming with polite words makes the food experience much better. Do something.. This is not the first time I experienced it and this time I had to voice it.

I ordered chicken biryani. Hardly 5-10ml gravy was given in small bowl. On being asked the cashier said “piche se kam aa rhi hai toh hum bhi kam denge”. I asked him to charge me for gravy but he said I will not give as there will be shortage for other orders. Biryani was extremely dry. Horrible experience at Karim’s Kamla Nagar.

The food delivered was wrong and tasted disgusting. The restaurant manager denied the refund and was rude. Please don’t order food from this place it is wastage of money. You are making fool out of people. Shame on you karim’s💢😡🤬

It was USELESS. Quantity was too less even I ordered half, it was not even sufficient ent for one person. On top of it quality was below POOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Please do not order from this particular restaurant because they mix other meat with chicken, if you are Hindu then please don’t order

Too spicy food! Full of green chillies. Please dont order unless u want a gut full of acid!!!
