Waited for 12-15 mins but worth it. Very tender kababs with rumali. They have started servinf mocktails also Perfect blend. Good food

Had family dinner 3 days back .. ordered Malai tikka , mutton korma and mutton biryani and paneer Paratha Malai tikka was only nice. Mutton korma is not as per expectation and tasteless Biryani rice is of very bad quality Paneer Paratha stuffing is very less and uncooked as well . Overall had a very bad experience

Sorry Karims But google have a least one star option to review otherwise you don’t even deserve this single star too. Worst Food ever eaten in life, very bad smell bad taste worst staff worst quality ingredients use on the name of KARIMS This restaurant will totally destroy the image of original Karims. Those who want to leave eating non veg habits may visit there so after taking a meal here you will definitely made your mind to stop eating non veg. If someone want to take some type of revenge with someone must suggest them this restaurant and once they visit the will never ask for a suggestion from you. Staff is also the worst part of this place. You will loose a believe in mutton dishes once you go there. It is like once i got there now i think i will avoid non veg for 15-20 days So i get recover from this bad taste. ColdDrinks and sauff is good there please have that so you can relax for a moment. Even they are charging service tax for this service soon to run the restaurant they have to stand on road and catch people to please eat in free. It have naturals near it and get a scoop from there to settle your mouth taste. Totally worst Don’t ever think to go there.

won't recommed this outlet. Nothing good about this place. all preparations were undercooked and spices were imbalanced. The chicken partly cooked and just thrown in gravey and placed. the staff wasn't keen to address the concerns. absolute waste!

Food quality and quantity was not appropriate. Bill was rectified after raising the issue, the price of one of the item was added incorrectly. service was too slow.. cole smoke was coming out of kitchen and filled in eating area.

Service was slow, the person taking the order was eating gutka. I left my meal mid way as the food was half cooked….please do not visit to save urself from stomach aches or more serious health issues

the food is stale.we ordered a chicken biryani and the chicken is dry and cold. the manager here - Rashid is very rude and argumentative. pretty indecent and incooperative.

The place has cockroaches crawling all over…. On the table, in the tissue holder, on the walls and on the floor….. best to avoid!!
