I visited Karim's Original in Dwarka Sector 10 for a birthday party with my friends. The charges were very reasonable, approximately 1800 for me and my 6 friends, including vegetarian food.

We ordered Jahangiri Chicken, Mutton Roll and khamiri roti, all of it was good but the fruit punch was bad, tasted like strawberry shake. The guy who served us was fine until I told him I booked thru zomato, post which his demeanor changed a bit. Overall okay experience

The food was good, but, service was slow, though only two tables were occupied including ours. Time taken to get biryani raises question on freshness of the preparation. Khamiri roti was good as was chicken and korma.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the bill, shortage of staff , food quality and taste is average. They levy 10% extra saying new menu is getting printed and 5% for crisis charge

The Worst Dining Experience of My Life” I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves every bit of criticism coming its way. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt depressing — dim lighting not in a romantic way, but in a “we haven’t cleaned in days” way. The air smelled faintly of stale oil and something sour. We waited long just to get water, and when the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. The dish was barely warm, the main dish looked like it had been carelessly slapped together, and the meat smelled suspiciously old.The vegetables were limp and lifeless — the kind you’d expect from a can, not a kitchen. The staff seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. No apology for delays, no smile, no basic courtesy — just an attitude that made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being there. To top it off, The staff’s behaviour was the final insult to an already miserable experience. From the moment we sat down, they acted as if serving us was a burden. When we politely asked about the delay with our order, the waiter rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath before walking away. Any question we asked was met with either a sarcastic tone or a dismissive shrug.His name is (Rahul) We left hungry, disgusted, and wondering how this restaurant is still in business. Save yourself the disappointment — there are far better places in town that actually care about the food they serve and the customers they host We paid the bill of 2160 and left the place

Visited Karim’s, but the experience was very disappointing. The food was half-cooked, and when we raised the issue, the staff did not respond properly. Later, they served smaller portions with very thin gravy, which felt diluted. Overall, very poor service and quality. Would not recommend.

We order mutton Mutton was not at all tender it’s taste stale There was no flavour waste of money In khamiri roti no khameer was there it taste like another roti Franchise outlet no one there is take care of it no manager no owner number to talk

Hopeless food, served Cold. The meat chunks were boiled and frozen and mixed with gravy later.After serving, it was asked for Reheat still cold pieces
