please follow if you like the review This place is heaven for DOSA lovers. Easily one of the best Dosa that I have had not just in Delhi but also in Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. The place is authentic as it is run by people who actually care about their culture and customer service. Must try - 1. Benne Dosa - loaded with white butter, it's so crunchy on the outside that you can say it's brittle, soft on the inside with warm soft mashed potato. 2. Butter Rava Masala/Paneer Dosa- crunchy AF with lots of filling. It is rich in taste. 3. South Indian meals and other dishes are good too, if you want to try other things. Conclusion - Taste - 10/10 Service - 10/10 Price - 10/10 Ambience - 9/10 Hygiene - 10/10 The only thing to note is you may have to wait for a table and they are strict with their timings. As someone who has lived in Bangalore I most definitely recommend this restaurant. One of the Best. please follow if you like the review

A note for all North Indians - Avoid the Thalis. pathetic..the puris are thick like tandoori rotis but deep fried. the sambhar is nothing like you imagined. best to trust your senses and have the trusted Dosas, Uttapams etc

I took Holige on 26.9.2024 which was very thin, scantily filled with very little khoya-coconut mix, and had plenty of ghee with no taste. No value for money.

The service of Karnataka food centre is extremely atrocious. They charge quite a lot of money for regular South Indian food. This is not all, the attitude of the doorman is infinitely rude and during normal lunch or dinner hours would tell that waiting is 2 to 3 hours without even realising that if this kind of attitude is tolerated by the management they would lose the paying customers and is showing poorly on Karnataka Sangha. The individual at the door needs basic lessons in courtesy towards paying customers/ guests. If the Karnataka Sangha management is not careful because of his regionalism he is likely to get manhandled. Please understand that this is Delhi and not Bengaluru. There are other South Indian joints in Delhi available and should be preferred rather than this poorly managed place.

The staff at the counter & the waiting person were very rude. I specially visited for the benne dosa, They informed that benne dosa is available but after I waited for half an hour, they said that it’s not available & the staff was extremely rude & not willing to even address the queries. Would recommend to never visit this restaurant, very unprofessional staff.

Over hyped place!! Ordered masala dosa, one of the worst i have had in Delhi, too much water in coconut chutney and sambar. Not recommend.
