Visited kasso with 5 friends. Short summary: 1. Ambience was good. 2. Food was average. 3. No zomata discounts on drinks bucket and even food platter. 4. Manager & staff are rude. 5. Overpriced- bill of 18k for 5 people. Better to go for individual drink and food items instead of platter to get zomato/swiggy discount. Not worth visiting and should completely avoid this place.

We recently visited Kasso and opted for their ₹3500 per person package, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, we were charged more than what was initially promised, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The inclusions in the package were not delivered as expected. The music was underwhelming and did not match the vibe they advertise. Most importantly, the alcohol quality was questionable—it seemed diluted, which completely ruined the experience. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. Staff was inattentive, slow, and lacked basic hospitality. For the price they are charging, the experience should be much better. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Very disappointing experience at Kasso, Delhi. We paid ₹3500 per person for a package that was supposed to include alcohol and food, but it was completely misleading. Snacks were barely served — just one or two rounds and then nothing. The alcohol quality was terrible and seemed diluted. Food was served cold, which made it even worse. The biggest shock was the bill — they added around ₹7000 extra for items like tonic water, Red Bull, and Coke. If everything was included in the package, why were we charged separately? This place is not worth the money at all. Feels like a complete scam. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this lounge. The prices were extremely high, but the quality did not match at all. The alcohol served felt fake or heavily diluted — it definitely didn’t taste authentic, which is unacceptable when you’re paying premium rates. The staff was careless when we raised the concern and didn’t handle it professionally. Overall, it felt like a place more focused on overcharging customers than delivering a genuine experience. I would not recommend this lounge to anyone. Please be cautious before spending your money here.

it's a sham and a scam. we went for sufi night, the event started at 11 30 pm and the time mentioned was 9 pm. the manager straight away said to my face that they'll recover the 3.5 lakh rupees paid to the band first and then they'll start the performance. it was so loud and disgusting, it destroyed my ear drums to the fullest. worst experience ever in Delhi. Please don't ever come to this place.
