Food and ambience was good but staff and service was too poor. Two kids serving as if they do not want to work . Yes I called kids because they were behaving same manner. We said if there is better seat to sit with AC they just had one answer just go sit on the lower sitting area where there is AC. We clearly informed we are in formals and do not want to sit there. Then while serving food, it was clear they were not professional, they were setving drinks and food in my hand( u know just take it). We finished our food and were chatting they came and said " Bill chaiye" and that was it ! As if you know u ate now time to go... I hope they hire some experience staff

I went today and ordered belgian chocolate shake. It was served in a cheap plastic cup. When I took the first sip the shake spilled all over my clothes . When I asked the staff about it they said these cups were ordered in emergency. Is this a proper restaurant/cafe or a roadside tapri?? Even they have better plastic cups than Kastoor. Just pathetic

It was damn bad , the service was awful and we ordered 2 items . Pasta was nice but Chilli Potato was ew. The staff was so bad they don’t care about the customer at all . You gotta go by yourself to the reception for everything from order to bill. I Won’t suggest this!
