I recently dined at kawaii and had a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding, and the ambience was inviting. With the lovely weather, we opted for the terrace seating, which was perfect. the food was okay okay but the staff's behaviour was some how rude and they were not even listening to us... I assume because we booked the table before and got discount . the experience was not so good and would never willingly visit again

The food was simply not worth it. We ordered the Cheese Baked Nachos, but what we received were just plain nachos. When we pointed this out to the waiter, they took the bowl back, sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on top, put it in the oven for a while, and served it again. It was so poorly prepared that it was practically inedible, and we left it untouched. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was no better. Nothing really stood out, and the overall quality was disappointing. To be fair, the ambience, pricing, and overall atmosphere were decent. However, food is the most important part of any dining experience, and that's where Kawaii fell far short. I had expected a wonderful experience at Kawaii, but the food let us down. It was my 21st birthday—a day that was very special to me—and I chose this place hoping to create some great memories. Sadly, the dining experience didn't live up to the occasion.

Terrible experience at Kawai Cafe. I ordered chicken lollipop and it took more than 1 hour to get it. I had to ask for cancellation 3-4 times and each time they said "bas 5 min mein aa raha hai" but it came after 1+ hour. On top of that, they charged extra Rs 115 for a water bottle and also added a service charge. The service was very poor and a complete waste of customer time. Overall experience was very bad. Would not recommend.
