I really want to take time and appreciate the team and the head for personally taking the pain to call the dissatisfied customer and taking onus and compensating me well for the same and the head had such a humble attitude and patiently heard the issue!! Kudos the team! For discretionary purposes I have not included the name of the head!

Shakes and ice creams never go wrong.I frequently visit this place for its amazing and handy shakes. Shakes are creamy and flavourful. My favourite is butterscotch binge. Service is quick and staff is also polite. Prices are little high but taste and quality compensate it. A go to place to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings.

Keventers is basically known for shakes but I tried their Ice cream Belgium Chocolate it was really good but the ice cream container is made up of really bad material. Really Disappointed

I ordered choco chip shake. The quality has completely gone down. There were very few chocolate chips and ice cream to begin with. Originally the chocolate chip shake used to fill your mouth with small chips and you could actually chew them. I felt that it was just more like a normal milk shake. Never ordering again
