One of the best places in Delhi 1. Good food 2. Good ambience 3. Good location 4. Good service 5. Good, very controlled crowd 6. Good closing times on the weekends as it's open till the late. 7. Good mock and cocktails.

I happened to visit this restaurant this Wednesday and I must say my experience had been completely terrible due to the kind of quality I got to see in the service they are offering to their customers. The food didn't seem to be fresh at first which made my sister sick later the same night. I was appalled by the treatment of the staff thereafter as they didn't seem to bother when I told them to replace the order and the Manager on top showed himself up completely helpless and told us that the owner has instructed them to not practise the replacement of orders. In what low-grade restaurant does all this is being encouraged?? What a SHAME!! *Would NEVER recommend*

I guess there is no point writing a review here because they don’t give damn and continue to have their pathetic attitude and arrogance. You call them anytime, probably a week before or a day before they will have patent reply saying we are sold out whereas the truth is they are not. I guess they only give entry to people who are influencers or big shots otherwise they pretend as if they don’t have any space. Shitty shitty attitude.. i don’t understand why are they even running a place when they don’t want to entertain people.

Had an awful experience. On arrival we were directed to the adjacent sister establishment - Plate, with outright lies - we are under renovation, we are open 3 days a week, our tables are full (they weren't - al fresco -not one table occupied), you did not give your age while booking table (7 hours in advance) so we couldn't reserve your table. Basically they looked at us - we were middle age and not hip enough for them. But we were above 18, and not scruffy in dressing, they had no business to lie to us.

The people standing outside to take reservation were so rude. Even though we had a word with the concerned person on call still we weren’t given any table. I wish there was an option for negative stars. This place is one of the worst restaurant I have ever been too. And honestly please don’t go for the 4 or 5 stars reviews These must all have been done by the owner itself because they don’t give anyone table so how is it really possible. #boycottkeya #rude #arrogant

I wish i had minus stars to give to this place. Extremely small, Egoistic stewards and they recommend utter waste of dishes, Please please please do not visit this place. We ordered some noodles on a recommendation of a steward and these pan fried noodles and it's absolutely tasteless, Wastage of money this outlet is. Lemon iced tea dosent taste like lemon iced tea 😅 Previous reviews are absolutely right cuz this a ridiculously expensive place.

Unfortunately, my visit to Keya left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Not only did I encounter homophobic behavior from the staff, but their disrespectfulness was undeniable. In an era where inclusivity and respect should be paramount, it's incredibly disconcerting to witness such discrimination. Keya has much room for improvement in fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for all patrons.

Went here on a monday evening, the entire restaurant place was absolutely empty except for the two of us, the waiter Atul rushed us through ordering our food and drinks and wouldn’t even let us finish our drinks and got us the check saying the kitchen and bar is closed now.

Worst place ever.. the staff is disgusting and utmost rude..they never give you a reservation whether u try to book prior or try a walk in .. highest level of unprofessional behaviour from the staff .. this place should be shut down asap

Doesn't look like they allow normal indians, shitheads, won't suggest to go, instead go somewhere else where you're treated well.
