Best place to hangout with your family and friends. Ambience is good with super cool music. If you want best fried chicken so you must try kfc. They have best quality of chicken. The chicken taste super amazing and juicy. There staff is very friendly. Quality 4/5 Taste 4/5

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Poor Service at KFC, Saket Select City Walk Dear KFC Team, I have always trusted KFC, but I never expected such unprofessional service from your staff. I visited the KFC outlet at Saket Select City Walk (Store Number: 5322) on the evening of [8 jan 2025] at around 7:48 PM and placed an order worth Rs. 583 (including GST). My order number was 348, and I made the payment via PhonePe. I have a screenshot of the payment as proof. I waited for 25 minutes for my order. Since I placed my order through the Kiosk, I received a receipt on my mobile, but my phone’s battery was draining fast, with only 3% charge left. I started asking the staff for updates on my order after about 15 minutes, but they continuously lied to me. I stood in front of them, waiting for my turn, and asked for updates almost 15 times. However, without asking for my order number, they kept telling me that my order was "under process." As more than 15 customers placed their orders after mine, I began to question why my order was being delayed. I requested either my food or a refund, but I was told to wait again. I sat down at a table, still waiting. After nearly 25 minutes, I felt that I was being lied to, as their unprofessional behavior continued. I went back to ask again about the status of my order, and they claimed they had no record of it. This was a huge mistake. My money was wasted, I was lied to multiple times, and in the end, I received nothing. My phone was completely drained by this point. In frustration, I demanded a refund, but the staff declined. Amidst the noise and confusion, they finally gave us some food, but I did not eat it, and my friend started eating it. Suddenly, a staff member approached us and began arguing. We did not eat the food and ended up discarding it. I understand that nothing may happen to the staff, as many companies focus on money rather than service, but I feel that this experience was both frustrating and traumatic. Food should be a matter of hospitality, but instead, the staff’s behavior was far from acceptable. Therefore, I request a full refund of Rs. 583, paid through PhonePe (Phone number: provided in office feedback), after a proper investigation into the incident, including reviewing the CCTV footage. If I do not receive a resolution, I will be forced to escalate the matter through a YouTube video and a podcast, which will include 583 Google reviews and five videos documenting my experience. I am simply seeking justice and a fair resolution to this matter. Please take my request seriously. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, R Maitry

i visited select city outlet on 1 march and my payment was stuck due to order failure ritu (shift manager) said it return in 24hrs after 3 day ritu said it return in 7 days and today was 8th March my money was not returned and the anant and ritu shout on me when I asked about my money ritu and anant please change your behaviour towards customer

Worst experience!!! Ordered 5 piece chicken recived 4 only complained but was not taken seriously. Worst part chicken was undercooked!! Won't recommend to anyone
