Possibly the worst fast food outlet I have ever eaten in my life, I used to be a huge kfc lover up until a couple of years ago, my last 2 visits have made me decide never to visit this kfc outlet again, the last 2 times I came here both the time there was a line at the billing counter and 4 others were just unmanned, when I asked why no one was at the other ones, they told me it was not working, how can 3 entire billing counters not be working? I waited for my zinger and small fries for about 10 mins, then I went upstairs to sit and, it was the most repulsive and filthy place to eat i have ever seen, even road side dhabas will be cleaner, there was a drink spilled on the ground and food leftovers lying everywhere and on each and every table I was shocked, i asked a person there who cleans ? and he says there anyone cleans, I told him that this place has not been cleaned for hours and he reluctantly came and cleaned up a bit. To top it all up, the food I ate was bang average with absolutely no taste. I will never come here again in my life, unfortunately my phone battery was dead otherwise I would taken a photo of the absolute filth in this kfc eating area.

I ordered the food at around 2:27am.I haven't received my food package and moreover the delivery guy didn't pick up the calls.The delivery guy location was not moving n atlast it says it was delivered at 6:30am.This is too much we waited for more than 2hrs..worst experience ever i want my refund back!!

we order peri peri 6 strips and Indian tandoori chicken roll but we only get peri peri 6 strips we don't get our Indian tandoori chicken roll and also we have paid all,this is not good you need to give us as we order please don't ever do this again next time or to others
