The service was extremely slow. The place is understaffed with a single person trying to serve all the customers somehow. Sometimes, even the billing executive had to pitch in to serve the customers. Classic Zinger and Tandoori Zinger are really worth it.

I specifically asked the management to prepare a fresh batch of chicken popcorn but they gave me a stale one. I had to throw away the whole large popcorn as it tasted like rubber. Horrible experience with this KFC.

Ill mannered staff and the store was unkept. Air conditioning was not working in peak summers. Order not on time despite the store being completely empty
