this kfc is such a gem.. i always order for kfc chicken popcorn. they make it fresh and spicy. and not overexagerrating, but i havent had better pop corns anywhere else. so juicy and fresh. the person who took my order, YASHPAL is a delight. he remembers the orders and how a customer Likes it, spicy and crispy. it is exceptional customer service.

The package is poorly packed.. I suggest you guys to increase the layer of the package by 2 or 3.. As you can clearly see the other package is wide open and exposed.. The food was cold & a bit different in taste as well as compared to the other sealed package.. It's completely an unprofessional act.. I expect you guys to do better next time when I order.. On my last trip to KFC, I had a major issue with my order. I asked for a cold drink and was given a plain soda. Not only was this not what I was looking for, but it also showed a major lapse in customer attention. When I got my soda, I was expecting something flavorful to quench my thirst. Instead, I got a generic soda that didn't have the refreshing drink I was looking for. Not only did this take away from my overall experience, but it also highlighted a lack of customer attention and attention to detail. This oversight speaks volumes about KFC's level of service and attention to customer needs. It's not something I'm used to, especially coming from a company that prides themselves on providing great food and service. As a long-time customer, this experience has made me question how reliable and committed KFC is to customer satisfaction.

delivery boy give my order to other person, how he is so careless, by coincident i meet that person on the way,i show KFC order on his hand when I asked where is delivered boy then he said is this ur order. when I chak the order then i found that is mine but i found my order was already open n fries was so less , i order large fries but i found so less. OMG seriously

I had ordered zinger burgers and popcorns and 6 piece bucket. This is the worst Kfc I have ever had. No taste. Popcorns were not freshly cooked . Chicken seemed over fried and oily and would like to mention that worst of all KFC is known for its taste and quality but this outlet didnt deliver any of it I wont order or visit this outlet
