I have ordered from KFC multiple times through Zomato, hoping for a decent experience, but every single time, they manage to disappoint. This is not just an issue with one outlet—it’s a recurring problem across multiple KFC outlets in my area. Missing items have become a norm. Some days, they forget the French fries; other times, it's the beverages. On rare occasions when they do send a complete order, the food quality is appalling—either stale, cold, or even undercooked, clearly rushed to meet delivery times. To make matters worse, after consistently failing to fulfill basic orders correctly, KFC representatives have the nerve to call and pressure me into giving them a 5-star rating. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect at least the bare minimum: receiving the food I paid for, in an edible condition. KFC, if you cannot maintain basic service and quality standards, you will continue to lose loyal customers like me. Highly disappointed, and I will be reconsidering ordering from you again.
