Around 10:43 pm 28th Jan i ordered for smoky grilled chicken from Fun city Mall Prashant vihar sector 14, After paying my bill of 641 on COD. All i receive a raw meat of 5pc chicken that was not well cooked. when I took one bite all I see is a red blood ewww, it was very pathetic service to your customer and m really dissatisfied with your services how could you do such kinda pathetic service to your customer. All I want is my refund of 641 or i will come tomorrow at your restaurant holding your raw smoky not well cooked meat.

Dont order thru this , if you will give less tip then they will punish you by govind wrong food. I ordered biryani with leg piece showing in picture but they delivered something else. They took 800 rs for what , least brother to check what KFC gave. They are always in hurry.

I visited on the 19th of May 2024, firstly they have not given me the bill, when I asked them they provided me the bill, however bill listed the items which I have not ordered. After arguing with them still they didnt give me the bill.

Worst chicken roll ever. Too much of spices. All i could taste is red chilli. Spices are so overpowering that taste of chicken is diminished. Very poor.

Chicken zinger burger was served cold with undercooked pieces of chicken. Chicken popcorn also served cold. Overall quality wasn’t good.
