one of the most horrible kfc I've seen, please instruct your server how to served properly, even though she doesn't want to give me straw & sauces, I don't want to waste my money anymore, lastly, please don't take any extra charge for pepsi 🤧🙏

The manager and the staff both are horribly rude . The staff Nikhat and the so called manager Ankur both spoke so horrendously to us . We placed an order through the app and it clearly was prompted on the screen yet after seeing. The message showed the order will be ready at 6:36 we waiting 10 min more for the order on the screen to shift to ready from processing but it didn't . So asked the female Nikhat , she said you didn't come to us so we didn't prepare . When asked why as it was updated on the prompt and with them and what's the use of placing an order via app if we have to tell them to prepare . She started arguing we won't prepare unless customer comes to us . Her manager had to tell her twice to calm down and come and talk himself . Even when Ankur was talking to me She had to interrupt n say aap aaoge hi nhi to kyun banaye order . On top of that when raised the same issue with Ankur the manager he said most customers 'Like you' come for refund that's why we don't do . When asked what do u mean by like you he said most customers take refund . When I said we came to eat not for a refund he insisted most codm for a refund . I'm saying why u r saying this again and again. He said 'thid is what our management tells us to do ' to tell . I have over the years visited so many kfcs and not once have faced this issue and surely no kfc management is asking team to behave in this manner . Request to look into the same .

Worst KFC ever… cold and hard chicken.. no mayonnaise just yellow sauce.. too salty.. bread taste like 3-4 days old… I was so hungry I ate and as soon as I ate I started having stomach ache and shitting constantly…. Ahhh!! What a carelessness from KFC never thought this kind of food quality I’ll receive from such KFC ever.. I mean from any KFC… I think I might be sick for few days due to food poisoning!

Have ordered many times online, Sarojini Nagar outlet never send any dips included in the buckets. The call takes 10 minutes to connect and they are extremely rude when we call them. They didn’t take any responsibility and said ‘they cannot do anything’. They have no sense of customer service. Order from another outlet if possible.

The chicken was so bad it was raw first of all black from inside. The chappati in chicken roll was uncooked and so hard. Worst KFC ever I would really request you guys to not order from here. I have raised a complaint via Zomato on them

Everything pathetic. It used to be one of best outlet. But since last two years becomes the worst. You can’t predict what you will get. Whatever you get you have to eat. No quality control

the food was not fresh at all, I ordered food online. they automatically replaced some of the items and the food was not at all fresh and so stale. don't order from this outlet

Photo and reality is totally different I spent 517/rs and then also i feel very hungry very worst my first and last order from kfc i felt it's waste of money......

After wait for 45 min , they cancelled the order. Disgusting service …. No comment on KFC, kfc is love , service zero and pathetic.

KFC doesn't delivered all my orders.6 burgers went missing from my order.And we were unable to connect them
