BREAKING NEWS: Your grandmother might soon get sued for making fried chicken. Because apparently, the term “fried chicken” now belongs to a certain multinational brand that rhymes with “meh-FC” — who, instead of fixing soggy wings and joyless buns, decided to go after Indian entrepreneurs with actual flavour and fan-following. Enter NFC — Nashville Fried Chicken. A place where the chicken is hot, the vibe is hotter, and the recipes weren’t photocopied in a boardroom. So naturally, they must be punished. I mean, how dare someone in India think of using spices and the term “fried chicken”? Isn’t that a global threat? What’s next? Suing people for saying ‘paneer tikka’? Trademarking ‘butter’? OK SO I WANT THE OWNERS OR FRANCHISES OF SEC 56 KFC TO TAKE A SERIOUS NOTE REGARDS A GENTLEMAN SHIVAM THAT WORKS FOR YOU. I DONT KNOW HIS DESIGNATION. I HAD ORDERED BIG8 TODAY VIA ZOMATO AND MY ORDER WAS TAKING REALLY VERY LONG, ULTIMATELY I CALLED THE ZOMATO RIDER. HE SAID THAT HES REACHED 20 MIN AGO BUT THERE IS SOME ISSUE HENCE DELAY IN ORDER. I ASKED HIM TO.PLZ MAKE ME TALK TO SOMEONE THERE SO THAT I CAN GET A BETTER PICTURE AS THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT TAKING CALLS. IT CAN BE NUMBER OF REASONS FOR THE DELAY FESTIVE SEASON. TOO MANY PENDING ORDERS ETC I UNDERSTAND THAT. THE RIDER IMMEDIATELY CALLED ME SHIVAM AND SAID CUSTOMER IS ON LINE PLZ LET HIM KNOW THE REASON FOR DELAY. I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING OVER THE CALL. I WAS SHOCKED BY SHIVAMS RESPONSE HE WAS VERY RUDE TOWARDS THE RIDER AS IF HES SOMEONE BENEATH HIM. HE SAID NAI KARNI BAAT BOL DO!!! KFC HAS YOUR STANDARD COME DOWN TO THIS NOW THAT YOU ARE RECRUITING SUCH UNCOUTH PEOPLE?? HE WAS VERY RUDE THE LINGO THE WAY K COULD ALL HEAR IT OVER THE PHONE. TAKE MY ADVICE SERIOUSLY DROP THIS GUY IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE HE WILL KEEP ON MISBEHAVING WITH RIDERS AND CUSTOMERS. ONE SHOULD RESOLVE AN ISSUE AND NOT ESCALATE IT IN THIS MANNER. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE PATHETIC RESTAURANT BEHAVIOUR. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU DID POST MY FEEDBACK THAT IS IF YOU REALLY TAKE FEEDBACKS SERIOUSLY. Accepted order and took 30 minutes to inform that they cannot service the order! Absolutely horrendous customer service and this is the second time this is happening in less than a month! Zomato should just delist KFC from their restaurant list!

Ordered multiple times from here and every time either food was missing or order was wrong. Never order from this outlet. When we tried contacting number was wrong or didn’t pick up. No care about the customer and terrible service.

Food is excessively spicy. Piri piri spoils the taste of even good preparations. Staff is not cooperative. I now use another KFC outlet which is a little away from me.

Very bad oil being used. Smells really bad and I’m sure it’s very old and reused. Avoid this outlet
