This is really serious. I had a very disappointing experience. When I requested fresh food, I told them 4 times take your time, I have enough free time and not in hurry. Still, they served me the leftovers. When I complained to store manager that the food is not fresh after requesting 4 times, the staff member including store manager responded rudely and dismissively, saying “Do whatever you want, do complain, I don’t give a ****” in a disrespectful tone. This kind of attitude towards a customer is completely unacceptable. The staff should be replaced with some educated professionals who are serious for their job. Current staff is unprofessional and illiterate. Yelled at customer for requesting fresh food.

We ordered two classic zinger burger but we received only one …. What’s more disappointing was that we called on the number given and they said they will check and call back and but then it took them long to call back so we called but to my surprise that very staff switched off his phone and is still off. KFC? You’ve lost your loyal customer. I hope you won’t repeat this to someone else. Ps: for those of you thinking just for one burger we’re given review on this… it’s not a small thing. We never know they might start taking advantage of it too so I did and that’s my decision. And we’re not rich like yll(to those complaining saying just for one burger 😌)
