I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience at this KFC outlet.On 29th April, I ordered chicken popcorn duo pop corn rice. To my shock and dismay, while consuming the popcorn, I discovered pieces of plastic in bites. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to your customers. Consuming contaminated food can lead to choking hazards, injuries, and potential health complications. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disturbed by the lack of hygiene and professionalism displayed by your outlet. It is imperative that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, reevaluate your food safety protocols, and ensure that all staff members are properly trained to maintain hygiene standards. I regret to inform you that I will no longer be patronizing this particular KFC outlet due to this egregious incident. I expect a prompt response from your end addressing this matter and outlining the steps being taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Over the past several orders, I have consistently received cold, stale, and clearly non-fresh food. Out of nearly 10 orders, only 2–3 were acceptable; the remaining were of very poor quality. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern.

The seating is downstairs and the billing is upstairs, even they have closed the door downstairs. Due to this, my beverage fell off and the staff did not even bother to give another one. Also, do not try the 7 up fizz, this only has ice, nothing else.

This KFC branch is known for consistently Delivering stale and rotten food. Please Do not order from this iris broadway branch. The store manager and staff are least interested to solve your problem. If you want food poisoning then please go for it.

Ordered a zinger burger late at night; the chicken was stale, instead of sesame seed bun, they used a usual bun. The standard of this particular outlet is poor, the food quality should be inspected here. Never ordering from this outlet.

They Give stale chicken period. I have encountered this twice. I ordered for smoky red and they sent me complete stale meat during delivery.
