The service is pathetic, first of all their no digital payments are working. secondly they say that order will be ready in 10minutes. But after 30 minutes also the food is not ready. They come up with excuse that now oven is also not working so smokey chicken can't be made, please order something else, and then refuse to refund money for same food item. After all argument and shouting, they refund but when I go to them asking to pack the leftover food. Then they again act rude and handover the box to me saying aap khud pack karlo. I haven't seen such arrogant staff in any other outlets of KFC. In short nothing is working here. Neither their machines nor their minds. Don't order from here of you want to have a meal with peace. it's very chaotic and messed up. clearly every 3rd person is complaining here.

Kfc mahagun mall is by far the worst branch my family and I have been too. When it happened for the first time we let it go but when we visited again, the food was cold. The staff is absolutely rude and self centred. they keep on laughing and muttering while giving out cold chicken wings. The chicken was bland and when asked for peri peri masala they denied that too. Such a disappointing experience. Don't waste your money and visit some other branch. Except for the coke that was served, nothing was up to the mark.
