This was our first time having dinner at Kiara Soul Kitchen. We are actually non-vegetarians and initially came just to check the menu. However, the hostess guided us warmly and encouraged us to try the food. She assured us that once we tasted it, we would not regret it. So we decided to have dinner there, and honestly, it was amazing. We truly enjoyed the food. The way she spoke to us was wonderful—she was humble, kind, and very welcoming. Compared to other restaurants, the hospitality here was outstanding.

The food was amazing. The thai curry with black rice in particular was a highlight for me. Mr Ramesh served us and helped us with understanding the food options well. The good service and amazing food definitely feel like reasons for another visit!

This is really cool place for healthy food. the dim lighting and soft background music creating a perfect atmosphere. the flavor of food is amazing and the ramesh service is make our dining experience memorable.

We visited Kiara Soul Kitchen for a ladies’ kitty and had a wonderful lunch. The staff member who served us was extremely responsible, humble, and honest. Her food recommendations were excellent. As it was our first time hosting a kitty here, she made the entire experience truly enjoyable. Thank you so much—we look forward to visiting again

We went to Kiara Soul Kitchen for dinner yesterday and truly enjoyed our time with our family. The host, Shan, was wonderful and her service was incredible. The hospitality was excellent, and the ambience was warm and pleasant.

I had a really disappointing experience at Kiara Soul Kitchen. I had made a reservation through District and was running about 10–15 minutes late. To my surprise, the lady at the reception cancelled my booking without even calling or checking with me. I’ve genuinely never experienced a restaurant cancelling a reservation without any confirmation from the guest. When I called to understand what happened, instead of handling it professionally, she started arguing that I was late. A little flexibility is standard hospitality, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The place was practically empty, which made her decision and attitude even more baffling. What stood out the most was the complete lack of apology. I went to speak to the manager in person. He did apologise, but the same staff member continued to argue non-stop, which made the situation worse. Eventually, we were convinced to stay. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience. It was bland, tasteless, and nothing memorable. Overall, there was no compensation, no accountability, and the entire evening felt ruined. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.
