The Millenium city – Gurgaon being home to bulk of Indian and international corporate houses is also a place for several 5-star hotels. HILTON has a solid presence in Gurgaon with their Sector 56 and Sector 50 Hotels. However, now their latest one is at Sector 63 Hilton Gurugram Baani City is a huge one and the dinner buffet is nothing less than MASSIVE like one has and expects in such branded 5- stars! The decors are beautiful and the lobby and the dining area are very well decked up. The starters were mostly Indian both veg and non-veg and were good and chaat corner. The pasta and salad along with paneer tikkas, spring rolls, chicken tikkas made for good appetizer. The main course was mix of Indian, Chinese and continental. The desserts spread also had several options! A memorable feast!

Had breakfast at Hilton and it was quite good. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered a decent variety of options. The ambience was pleasant, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Overall, a nice dining experience and a good way to start the day.

You enter the premises no one greets and bothers to ask what are we waiting for. Everybody busy with their own chores and customer is like am I not visible to them. The moment you enter in the restaurant area, no staff has a welcoming gesture. Service not prompt, and staff is not proactive. For two hours our so called complimentary cake was kept open on the cart, they didn't even bothered to keep at least on dessert counter or keep it covered. Overall, buffet not the worth of 4000 plus taxes.

I was charged 500 Rs as conviniance fee. I want to know what service was I provided that is worth 500 rs. This is not even mentioned upfront. They just mention saying there will be a handling fee. You would assume it to be a 20 to 100 rs charge max. But later you will realise it’s 500 rs. It is FRAUD
