I had a great experience at Koala Restaurant. The service was excellent, and our server Manoj was very attentive, polite, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and handled our requests quickly. His friendly attitude really made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend the place, especially for the great service!

Had a fantastic experience! The food quality and quantity were excellent, and the service truly stood out—special thanks to Mr. Manoj for his attentive and friendly hospitality. The DJ added great energy to the atmosphere, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place and definitely a must-visit!

We were told at the time of booking that another gathering of around 60 people is also coming so seats are limited for a group of 10-11 people, however we continue with our booking. there were small small other groups as well of 2-5 people in the restaurant. but our decision was very wrong to stay with our booking as the big group totally dominate and capture the ambience with their so loud on loudspeaker events and pathetic ground shaking DJ, similar to village processions, this ke nd of arrangement should not be allowed at a place where other people are also trying to have a good time with their families. when we complained about this to the manager, he said it is a high energy area which was not appropriate, the arrangement was not for everyone in restaurant but only for big group.we have been to other bar+restaurant in NCR region and it was our 3rd time at Koala itself. but never faced such mess of arrangement. hence we decided not to visit Koala again and recommend all to go for other options like Sky patio, Masai mara etc. you never know when you have to face this pathetic show.

I went here on Mothers day. I had a prior reservation done, still the manager Nitin, said the couch seats are already reserved and forced us to sit at the corner table with soiled walls. When we said we wont sit there, give another table or we shall go. Nitin rudely said you may go. And then kept that the tables are reserved for 7 people, 15 people etc… After a heated argument we were given seats stating you would have to change in case other guests come. We were there from 8-30 to 10.00 and therr was no guests with 7/15 capacity that Nitin told us in the starting. Nitin lied the entire time and talked rudely. NO CIVIC SENSE in this guy. Also, the food was below average. The drinks ordered were like just poured in a glass with no accents, we could have made the drinks better at home.

I have ordered chefs special combo which is pathetic and I think it’s stale. I called the chef which looks completely unprofessional and just bring the platter back and not ask for any solution. Completely bad experience. Ambience is good but food is below average
