A few days ago, my friends and I visited KOCA. We had the pleasure of trying cocktails crafted by the renowned international mixologist Luca Cinalli and enjoyed an exceptional Pan-Asian dining experience. The flavors of the Tandoori Avocado, Green Chickpea Hummus, and Avocado Roll Sushi are still fresh in my memory. And what can I say about the DJ? It felt as if a magician was casting a spell over the entire room through music. Finally, I became a true admirer of KOCA’s F&B Executive, Avshesh, and his remarkable food storytelling…He didn’t just serve the dishes...he brought each one to life by sharing the story behind it.

The food was good and the ambience was nice but the music was not at all on point. Also the service was not upto the mark. No tissues on the table. Forgot to serve Soy with Sushi, complimentary dessert given for my daughter's bday was Sour. Washrooms were not well kept. Mr. Vishal could only be seen running here n there for serving, for orders n all. Kudos to him.

Extremely disappointed with our experience yesterday. We were there for a departmental party, and our server (I believe his name was Vikas or Vivek) was initially very courteous and attentive, promptly bringing everything we ordered. However, things changed completely when the bill arrived. The original bill was around ₹43,000, but we noticed that four extra drinks had been added, inflating the bill by nearly ₹3,500. After we pointed this out, the bill was revised to around ₹39000, but not without unnecessary arguments and a lot of hassle. I eventually settled the bill. The service charge, as we were clearly told by the server, was optional. Although I chose to reduce it because of the poor billing experience, I still paid a service charge. What was completely unacceptable was that after I had left, the staff approached my colleagues and asked them to pay the remaining service charge, despite having already stated that it was optional. Overcharging customers, arguing when mistakes are identified, and then pressuring guests to pay additional service charges reflects very poorly on the establishment. It turned what should have been a pleasant departmental gathering into a frustrating experience. A very disappointing experience overall, and certainly not the level of professionalism one expects.
