food is good but They have refused to remove service charges wich is around 800 and didn't give any discount through zomato.

Worst place - indoor place is just for the owner and his kids (btw he brings his kids here lol) In 50 degrees heat - they only have two coolers. We requested the guy to direct the cooler towards customers or in a direction where most of the customers are - turns out the guy’s table to which the cooler was directed at was the owner and it isn’t allowed since he is the owner and brought his kids to byob lol We requested the owner to direct at least one cooler towards the customers - he blatantly refused and said I am the owner of the place. Clearly, he sees customers are stupid who are paying to be there! They arent even providing basic necessities - it will take 40 minutes to get a table and chairs. 1 hour for the staff to note and get your order. Staff is so confused - poor guys were struggling to keep up to remember orders. Owner should close the place and sit alone with his two coolers lol Do yourself a favour and go to some other byob (there are many good and much better byobs around) - because this place aint it.

Yesterday we went to kokina pathetic service, food was bad and it will take more then two hour to get on the table, manager behaviour was really bad and after some time we had a word to owner as well regarding for our food and service issue instead of taking our feed back genuinely he started arguing with us.. really bad experience please do not go such kind of places not recommended to anybody.. After investing a good amount they charging us the corkage as well.. Prices are very high not worth at all... Bad experience... owner Ankit rathi's behaviour was really bad and instead of taking our feedback he started arguing with us....

It was more like these guys were forcing us to sit at a particular place, order food as per their convenience and pay bill as per their convenience. Really disappointing. I ordered the food worth INR 13000 and later when K was about to pay the bill, the security literally forced me to pay within the next 2 minutes and leave. Thanks for ruining my birthday Kokina.

There are mouse everywhere around the property. Even after discussing with Mr. Dev (General Manager) and. Mr. Nawal ( Captain) it was not resolved. They even suggested that mouse are in and around the property as there is no ground clearance. Even I have to complain then I can as they have already paid a bribe to the local food inspector.

the food was fine but I asked for additional green chilli chutney and the staff said they will charge 200 Rs. for this little bowl which doesn't make sense as per me. they could have charged but 200 Re is way fooling people.

Pathetic experience, no crowd, empty place, still given us the very bad table. lot of argument. Created separate bill for some items and did not allow payment through District.

They charge way too high. Ordered 2 starters, 7 tonic water, 3 water bottle. Total bill, 2900. Not worth it. Music was too blaring. BYOBs have changed over period of time.
