Loved the experience at KOKOY, Gurugram! ☕✨ A lovely café with a great ambience, delicious food, and good coffee. The presentation was nice, and it’s a great spot for coffee dates or catching up with friends. Special thanks to Neeraj for the warm and attentive service. Would definitely recommend visiting!

The food was good , ambience was worth it. Must try blueberry cheesecake and Sahil Arora was extremely polite. Overall it was good place to visit.

Food tastes good as always but visiting the restaurant means an experience that was missing this time. Everything felt rushed. All the food was served at once and then it went cold just laying there while we finished one dish. Appetizer and coffee is supposed to come first and then the main course and then dessert. But here main course came first and all 3 dishes at the same time and then came the coffee and then came the Appetizer even before we took the first serving of the main course onto the plate. It felt like a zomato order rather than a dining experience. Giving 4 Star for food and constructive criticism taken by the staff.. One star deducted for the missing experience.

Food was amazing and the ambience is also great but they lack variety in food and also they do not have any wheel chair entry which is very wrong i wanted to celebrate my grandparents anniversary there but i can not due to no wheelchair accessibility but their Alfredo sauce pasta is amazing and there strawberry matcha is mind blowing

Went looking for artisanal coffee. But this was the worst coffee I had. Quality of English breakfast was below par. Tables and plates upstairs were stinking. Also I asked the staff in the morning that I want to sit upstairs but they said upper sections opens after 1 pm. Too loud a music in the morning , gave a bar feeling. Didn’t like it.
