This is the second time they have added a service charge to the food bill, and even after raising the issue this time, they are not refunding it. They just say, “It’s only about 80 rupees, we’ll return it,” but it still hasn’t been refunded.

They have applied 10% service charge which is completely wrong & illegal. We have ordered a veg platter which was excessively roasted, mushrooms were almost black & chaap is unchewable. We almost left our platter uneaten still paying its cost with service tax.

We ordered Manchurian noodles combo and were served rice combo We ordered Mexican cottage cheese which was never served. And after all that, Manchurian was stale.
