Absolutely divine food, and such a welcome change from the cookie-cutter middle eastern fare one is used to. The cold mezze is served with fresh, warm pita. The muhammara, a dip made with walnuts and an assortment of spices, is a must have. The kebabs were juicy and tender, and the lamb tagine (with its secret mix of seven spices) is an adventure for your palate. Finally, the baklava. If you've never had fresh baklava, dripping in honey, then you're missing out. Crisp, and surprisingly not sickly sweet, the baklava is the perfect finish.

Amazing food, and very hospitable staff. Loved their diligence and comfort in introducing us to more choices. We had the hummus and pita, Turkish coffee, shish taouk. Loved every bite, and the beautiful, calm place.

We had ordered Muhammara, falafel wrap and Turkish coffee. The food was authentic and freshly prepared. The restaurant had a nice ambience and the service was good. A nice experience!

So I went to this really cool cafe on MG road and was mind blown. The food here is just insane. Shawarmas, kafta kebab and the best hummus I've eaten in a long time.

My second visit to Kunafa- a cute little middle eastern cafe in the galleria complex on MG road. What I love about this place is that it’s never crowded because I believe it’s more for takeaways. The service is excellent. Always end up getting something or the other complimentary. We ordered the mouttabal which was absolutely amazing. It came with fresh hot pitas . For the mains we ordered the kafta kebab which was excellent and the chicken shwarma which I thought could have been better. (Given one star less because of the shwarma). The Turkish coffee and the cappuccino were super. The best cappuccino I’ve had recently. Overall a lovely meal with a great ambience. This is definitely going to be on my most frequented restaurant lists 😃

i took my brother especially to Kunafa as I am a frequent visitor due to their authentic taste and service but yesterday, on 25/10/2025, they probably has to close down at about 10 PM, so they served, probably what felt and tasted like, leftovers. this is the first time we didi not enjoy our visit to Kunafa

The worst nightmare of our life wer in the head chef and the cashier start fighting to a point of almost killing each other and banging utensils over a Zomato order they received . The head chef continuously post the argument was screaming on top of voice explaining his miseries to the staff around . Never have I ever in these many years of dining come across more Indisciplined staff. We and a few guest around wer amused to see the hospitality of the head chef . Do not dare drop in after 9.15 they will not even greet u with a smile and bang the door straight on your face so going by Zomato timings this place Dosent serve food beyond 9.15 strictly now matter how much u request or claim the time on app to be 9.30 Mr rajesh who is to be the manager of the place has never taken action on any of these matters ever so don’t request your plea to a higher authority With a heavy heart I write this coz it is or rather use to be my favourite place since last 3/4 visit Thanks to the team n goodbye Hope u treat your staff wat basic hospitality they need to deliver to the chef n staff especially if u are running an open kitchen

I have been eating from kumar’s for the last 3 years on MG ROAD !!! I had my worst experience tonight had ordered 3 kafta rolls and chicken shawarma . Food was soggy , undercooked , flavour has changed so disappointing as we used to love ordering from here .

Joke in the name of baklava Tastes slate. I wish there was 0 rating i would have give that and The Customer Service Was So Rude Behaviour And Argument With Me I find a Hair In My Falafel wrap Shame On You Kunafa.
