I used to be a huge fan of Kung Thai food , however I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We ordered the Non-Veg Fried Rice and Hong Kong Chicken Gravy combo, and unfortunately, it led to severe food poisoning for three people. Even after 3 days, recovery is still ongoing — the symptoms were intense and clearly linked to the gravy. This isn’t just about a bad meal — it’s a serious lapse in food safety. I had already noticed a decline in quality over past orders (especially the momos), but this incident has crossed the line. Food safety is non-negotiable. This experience was not just disappointing — it was dangerous. I urge the restaurant to take immediate responsibility and review their kitchen hygiene and food handling practices. Trust, once broken, is hard to earn back.

Used to be one of the best chinese places in my locality but has extensively deteriorated in service. Extreme delays always with no reason. Randomly increasing minimum order amount. And consistent problems in sending regular condiments and mentioning they missed and have no one to send it over. Almost always trying to steal from the customers. Would strongly recommend not to order here.
