The food was amazing. It had the perfect authentic flavours in it. It is one of the best Asian restaurants I have been to so far. The service and ambience was flawless. Overall a great experience

The food took a lot of time to be prepared. There was a staff member sitting on the table behind us constantly using his phone very loudly which was very disturbing. He didn’t stop even after requesting him to lower the volume of the phone. The food had too much soya sauce….Kung Pao chicken was almost black in color.

So visited this kylin EXPERIENCE restaurant and it was really an experience but a very bad one. The staff who cannot serve there customers in an 2/3rd empty restaurant should learn some things. And specifically the manager there, The guy in the blazer who is rude to the core and dosent know how to treat there customers should be worried about his future as in hospitality business the basic thing is to be polite. He was standing doing nothing as off course the restaurant was empty but when asked if he can click a picture simply said “he is busy” And should the attitude of next level. Who will the customer complain when the senior staff is like this And Charging “staff contribution 10%” to the bill now that service charge is not legally allowed Is some sought of a new name they have given to the service charge Will not be visiting this restaurant. And will recommend everyone the same.

it was cold food, when asked they just microwave it, noodles get very wierd once microwave. overall it was very bad experiance
