Food is truly amazing! The best veg biryani I ever had! Till now all veg biryani have tasted like pulao but Laidback's biryani was mind-blowing. will try the chicken one. The methi malai kofta is also a must try!

Superb service by Vinod and some amazing pasta by chef Jagdish ask him to make the Alfredo less heavy and there you have it the best pasta in the world ❤️ the taste reminded me of my vacation to Italy superb

Every single dish we ordered was a complete disaster. The Chilli Potatoes were undercooked, bland, and downright unacceptable. We had to send them back because they were practically inedible. The mocktails/drinks were just as awful—badly made, poorly balanced, and tasted nothing like what any decent café should be serving. Hoping the other dishes might salvage something, we ordered dim sums, quesadillas, and a shawarma. That hope was quickly crushed. The dim sums were tasteless and poorly executed, the quesadillas had a raw, undercooked outer layer, and the shawarma was shockingly bad—easily one of the worst I've ever had. To top it off, it was served with cheap, low-grade wafers instead of proper sides, making the entire dish feel lazy and insulting. The worst part, however, was the service. We returned the Chilli Potatoes and left nearly half the food untouched because it was so bad. Despite clearly voicing our dissatisfaction, the manager, Bharat, couldn't have cared less. He made zero effort to fix anything, didn't even consider removing the returned dish from the bill, and charged us in full. It was blatant disregard for customers and basic decency. Terrible food, disgraceful service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of money. There are far better cafés in Delhi NCR that actually know how to cook and treat their customers with respect. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never be coming back.
