We recently had the opportunity to dine at Living Room by Kalsang in Majnu Ka Tila, and we were pleasantly surprised. This cozy little restaurant offers a delightful selection of Korean fusion dishes at very affordable prices. The menu features a variety of Korean fusions, including kimchi bokkeumbab (Korean style kimchi fried rice veg), jajangmyeon (Korean style noodle with black bean sauce veg), prawn momo, crispy chicken kimbab, and living room special korean kimchi ramen (in-house noodles, boiled eggs, chicken, spring onions, kimchi broth). We were particularly impressed with the kimchi bokkeumbab and jajangmyeon. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced.

I recently visited this place and had an amazing experience overall. I tried their Italian options the pizza and garlic bread were super cheesy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Later, I also tried the hot pot and cheese momos, and honestly, they were the best part of the meal full of flavor and perfectly made The ambience is really nice, the food quality is excellent, and everything tasted amazing. Definitely a must-visit place if you’re looking for great food and a good vibe. Highly recommended!

Recently I visited the kalsang rooftop restaurant (rooftop on living by kalsang) in majnu ka tilla with my friends. It's on the 5th floor of the Living room by kalsang. Open airy and nicely done rooftop with lots of plants and mist fans. Since we all wanted to try their hotpot, we ordered: Mandu Jengu (veg) (the hotpot with extra ramen), Fish garlic pepper, white wine, moon juice, ginger ale, LIIT, and a mojito. The korean hot pot was great! It came with veg dumplings and vegetables in a savory and spicy broth with kimchi n pickles on the side and we asked them to add ramen in it (and paid extra for it). The Fish in garlic pepper sauce was also not bad at all. I liked the sauce although I was expecting it to be a little dry as it was more of a thick soup instead of sauce but the taste was good. The drinks were also nice and we all enjoyed the food. I just felt that the staff at the rooftop needs more training. The girls were really sweet but not trained tbh. First they mixed my drink ( I did not get what I ordered) then they forgot one of the drinks to serve, then we had to ask for cutlery and plates after they served the fish. They just need to be more attentive towards what is ordered and what is required on the table rest everything was great. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

The ambience was cozy with great service quality and the food was also quite good and appetizing. I would highly recommend this place and would also like to explore more food options. However, the tteokbokki was quite bald and it could be improved. Overall my experience would be a solid 7.

Delayed delivery if meals. Delayed order taking. They do not have arrangements for rain shelters and panicked when rain hit the rooftop. Ambience is outdated. The entrance to the location is also not good The rooftop view is not as good as it is claimed

worst washroom you will ever see! they give you food that tastes like the one you will order and get sticky. staff misleads your bill. not a good place. order from their outside stall and eat inside but don't eat inside. and, please don't use their washroom. it's so unclean! The only good thing was the beer- which was the packed food actually !

They might have given us stale food. I caught a stomach bug after eating from here. The food is also so - so. Would not recommend.

this was my 3rd and last visit to the restaurant. on women's day, with my friend. 1. Food !! I think they do not know how to make some Korean dishes..and because people don't have much exposure to korean cuisine they can't tell if its right. they think that whatever that is given- it is what it tastes like. -their korean chicken is soo bad and it is the simplest dish. -don't know how to make Tteok-bokki (it was just sweet. that's it) -can't find the picture. -chicken kimbap ..don't get me started. -in house chocolate cake was soo bad. my friend told them that its dry and not fresh so they microwaved it and drizzled chocolate syrup on it😂(that day was my birthday 🥹) I'll attach pictures. 2. The staff is friendly however.... I asked if I could be seated upstairs as I have sat downstairs previously. they said there are no seats- which I get. but people(couple/group) were still taken upstairs and it's not like they did booking or something nahhh just walk in.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else slow, inattentive, and clearly not interested in serving. Food took ages, and when it arrived, it was dropped on the table with zero effort or courtesy. Not worth the visit.
