Absolutely pathetic weekend policy at Local in Connaught Place. If the management has such an issue with “stags” dancing or enjoying themselves on the dance floor, then simply stop allowing stag entries on weekends altogether instead of taking people’s money and then treating them like second-class customers inside. The discrimination is blatant. Groups are allowed to enjoy freely while stags are constantly monitored, stopped, or made to feel unwelcome for doing the exact same thing everyone else is doing — dancing and having a good time. Either have a clear no-stag policy upfront or treat every paying customer equally once they’re inside. A place that selectively humiliates customers after charging them entry has no idea what hospitality actually means. CP has far better venues that know how to manage crowds without acting entitled or discriminatory. Would not recommend this place to anyone planning a weekend outing unless you enjoy paying to be disrespected. “Only if there was an option to select 0 star”
