We celebrated my parents’ 38th marriage anniversary at Loya last night, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the ambience felt warm, elegant and truly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, with impeccable service and thoughtful gestures throughout. The food was outstanding — every dish was rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. It’s rare to find a place where each course feels crafted with so much care. The overall hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail made it a memorable celebration for all of us. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Loya team for making the occasion so wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined dining experience with a personal touch.

A truly amazing experience! Huge thanks to Mr. Chandrashekhar and Mr. Ansh for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Their food recommendations were top-notch, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. A special thank you for arranging a cake for my aunt's birthday—it was a wonderful touch. Ignore any negative reviews; you are guaranteed a great time here. Thanks to all the staff!

We visited this place last evening to for a birthday celebration. Loved the ambience- the detailing and the decor super impressive! Excellent service- the best service!! Food is great and so are the drinks!!! Lovely staff and lovely experience! Can’t wait to visit again.

An evening at Loya Taj palace New Delhi was just mind blowing . The food was so so good in taste . Staffs were very cooperative and the presentation was mind blowing.

The food does not match the standards. Ambience is really nice and hospitality is okay, but the food is below average. Tried their papdi chaat starter and the papdi's were soggy. Had their special gobhi which is made in multani mitti pot and it had 0 flavour. Please improve your food, thanks.

You will be impressed with the ambience and interiors but the food will equally disappoint you. We expected more from this place but sadly whatever we tried be it the Chapli Paratha or the Chicken Curry, nothing was great! Can’t think of repeating this place.

Very poor quality food. The food was absolutely tasteless. Overpriced. Highly recommend not to visit coming from someone who has been a regular customer.
