⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luma by Habbit is a hidden gem that delivers on every front. The ambiance is chic, vibrant, and perfect for everything from brunches to dinner dates. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The service was warm, attentive, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The desserts and beverages were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, Luma by Habbit offers an excellent combination of great food, stylish interiors, and top-notch hospitality. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Lumaa was advertised but we were seated in a restaurant called Kebab house as they didn’t have enough occupancy. Kebab bab hours was blasting bollowyood numbers and while not their fault it ruined the mood.

Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely pathetic service! We made a reservation in advance, and it was confirmed by the restaurant. After spending almost an hour stuck in Delhi traffic and making the effort to reach the venue, we were casually informed that a private party was going on and that they couldn’t accommodate us. The most ridiculous part? Instead of offering a proper solution or taking responsibility for their failure to manage confirmed reservations, they simply suggested that we could sit at a nearby kebab restaurant. Seriously? Why accept and confirm reservations if you already have a private event planned? At the very least, the restaurant should have informed us beforehand so we could have made alternative arrangements and saved our time, fuel, and effort. This reflects a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and respect for customers. A confirmed reservation should mean something, and customers should not have to face such an embarrassing and frustrating situation after travelling all the way to the venue. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and expects basic customer service. A restaurant is not judged only by its ambience or food, but also by how it treats its customers. Unfortunately, this place failed miserably on that front. Pathetic management, poor communication, and an absolutely unacceptable customer experience.

We checked the restaurant’s Mediterranean cuisine options online and also cross-checked the availability twice over the phone before leaving our place. It took us approximately 1.5 hours to reach the restaurant, and we had also paid in advance to reserve a table, as we were visiting to celebrate a birthday. However, upon reaching the restaurant, we were informed that they had stopped serving Mediterranean cuisine 3–4 days ago. This information had not been updated on Zomato, and the restaurant also failed to inform us about the change when we called to confirm before travelling. It is extremely disappointing that we travelled such a long distance and spent considerable time and money based on incorrect information. What makes the experience worse is that Zomato continues to display a menu featuring items that are no longer available at the restaurant. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. The restaurant should have informed us about the change when we called, and the platform should have ensured that the menu and cuisine information was accurate and up to date. We are extremely unhappy and disappointed with the overall experience and expect this matter to be looked into seriously.

The experience was horrible. They booked a table for Lumaa and asked to serve on first floor (which is a completely different place) since they are operating from first floor on weekdays. The manager did not do anything about it and just asked to sit on first floor.

The music was excessively loud and the behaviour of the staff was pretty unprofessional. The food was the only saving grace. The mango picante was sub-par at best. All in all, will not be visiting again.

They are taking bookings but when I visited there they send me kebab restaurant and told us Lumaa is closed. Food and drinks are so so.
