It was really a good experience.. Specially I will say about the delivery man, Actually he forgot some of my order items in his bag, then he came to deliver me after 2 hours I liked that he was soo honest about his job, God will always blessed him..

The staff is poor in response. I got Malai Chaap and Kalakand (normal and sugar free) packed from their outlet. When we reached home we realised that there is no mark on packing of the Kalakand, so which said what is what. The malai chaap was smelling very badly, Stinking! When I called them back for the complaint they didn’t address the issue and said I must have spoilt it in my way to home. There was no concern from the owner’s end.

A pro tip we didn't knew about : The Self Service is just for selected few, you can get served on table if you pay waiters extra. We ordered Mix veg : BLANDD, worst mix veg ever Shahi Paneer : No taste, but big chunks of paneer. Naan : Not good, chewy and kind of thick, felt like khameer roti. Paneer pakoda was okay, and tikki was only thing good.

The owner is such a ruthless person. He is always just ready to fight and lie to customers. Very bad experience especially with the owner. He does not know how to provide a good service. I request you to not visit the place at all.

The Lauki burfi was extremely bad. It tasted and smelled foul. It was sticky and gummy. It looked stale. Not at all at par with standards of Madan.
