Customer delight peak moment : Had one of the best experiences today. My wife and I are regulars at this place and today the place was packed even though it was a weekday (Tuesday) we placed an order and the waiter forgot to punch my burger in the POS. When I went there to remind them after 10 minutes, they were truly apologetic and didn’t rush the process of making the burger instead provided a quiche because I was hungry without even asking. The senior (Deepak) apologised right till we asked for the bill and then told me he didn’t charge for a quiche. It wasn’t a big amount but the way they served us and ensured that customer delight was at peak was truly beautiful. This seems to be a lost art in the service industry and I truly valued it. Even though we were regulars you’ve made us your fans for sure today.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 11 years and I will continue to come here for the no fuss service, good food (at a reasonable price). Literally wrote this review so that I can counter the no-sense reviews others wrote!

Visited on a Friday morning for breakfast. We ordered Tuscany and Turkish Eggs. Tuscany Eggs were well cooked though one of the Turkish Eggs was slightly overcooked. Coffee was strong and well made, but maybe a more flavourful bean would be better. The Berry Coconut Cooler worked very well. Service was polite and quick. Ambience is also cozy. Would recommend!

This review is mostly about food. Cakes in particular. I am regular at M&P. Every time I’ve purchased a cake from the store it has been really good, but recently o started ordering online and the quality is so bad. I couldn’t understand why. Just putting it out here in case the responsible authorities care to look into it.

Avg food, takes too long to prepare food and still serve a cold plate. Cafe Mocha is more of a chocolate shake. Quality and standards have gone down recently.

Very disappointing experience. The coffee served initially was poorly made and had to be replaced. Later, when I ordered a waffle to be packed, it was packed extremely badly. When I called the restaurant to report this, they asked me to come and collect a replacement. However, when my husband went there, the staff said that giving the replacement would be deducted from their salary and that each staff member would have to contribute money for it. This was very uncomfortable and unfair to both the customer and the staff. My husband even ended up paying for it after waiting there for 30 minutes. The real issue seems to be poor management policies that make employees bear the cost of service mistakes. Very disappointing overall.

50 minutes to get breakfast!! Something is seriously wrong with their process.. It's ok to look like a cute little society cafe but there is nothing which justifies taking 50 minutes to make eggs. 20 minutes waiting to get a few glasses of water if the eggs were not bad enough. Recent reviews have all been between 1-3 stars, I am not surprised, owners must be in denial or least interested in how this place is being run. First visited in 2017, and it's just been going downhill since then. Hoping this place shuts down soon so that the owners get a chance to introspect...and maybe along the way get some education on how hospitality is to be run

Coming here for more than 2 years but recently quality is deteriorated. Food is expensive and even not tasty. Menu misguides what they will serve and they respond by saying, this is how it is at our restaurant. One staff member is quite rude.
