The place and products were nice. One suggestion - the housekeeping staff and even the staff behind the counter need to be trained to be more unobtrusive, quieter and more responsive. Plus the place can do with some better sound attenuation.

The experience was nice, Food was succulent but the ingredients addition was somewhat too much for me, like the german chocolate cake slice was nice until i tasted pecans and some nuts

Person at the cash register was not friendly and did not go with the brand like magnolia bakery . Also we were dining in they should have served that in a tray instead they handed over ice cream cups in hand . When I told the person it is a general etiquette to serve in a tray for persons dining in

I thought place was a lil overhyped. Tried The Famous Tres Leches - honestly too heavy on my palate. Tried the Banana Pudding - was 3.5/5 Though what floored me the Vanilla Ice cream. I am surely going back there for that.

The food was fine, the staff there was impatient. I paid ₹450 for a piece of desert and some rude behavior by the staff. They also handed my ice cream to someone else.

Pathetic logic less service. I was waiting at cash counter for food 10 minutes and then a waiter came and told me I had to the counter where the particular desert which I had to order is kept, and I was like why, I will just pay at counter, and get the product at the same counter, or they will give me receipt and go the partial counter and collect it, but that waiter made me to go the counter where that particular desert was present, and then another waiter would take out of the fridge and then I will have to go cash counter again and wait again for my turn, and then the product would be given to me at the cash counter again, if you are giving the orders at cash counter only, then why I need to go to other counters again, logic less to me

Very disappointing experience. The desserts were overpriced for the quality and portion size. The cake did not taste fresh, and was overly sweet and underwhelming considering all the hype. Overall, the experience did not justify the premium pricing. I expected much better from a brand with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again.
