today we visited your restaurant as our previous experience was very good. but today food quality was not good as there was no salt in the masala dosas that we ordered. we even complained to the manager as well as the chef. the food should always be perfect in a Premium restaurant like yours. I was completely unsatisfied with your service today

My recent visit to your restaurant on 11/september/2025 was a complete letdown. The staff was rude, inattentive, and careless. On top of that, the food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and nowhere close to the standard your restaurant claims to maintain. As a paying customer, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. I expect you to take immediate action, and I also demand compensation for this unpleasant experience. If not, I will have no choice but to share my feedback publicly and escalate this matter further. This place used to be great, but it has become downright awful. There were cobwebs hanging from the lights, and when we pointed it out, the staff acted like it didn’t matter. My dosa came out cold, and instead of making a fresh one, they literally microwaved it and served it back. The dahi idli was even worse, the boondi tasted stale, and they just dumped regular idlis into sweet curd with zero effort. Really disappointing and honestly feels like they’ve stopped caring.

Poor experience this time The dosa came to us cold.When we complained they reheated it in microwave instead of making a fresh one .Rava dosas are suppsed to be crispy but they were not . Sambar was cold tooo Idk why the quality is getting detoriated. Service is tooo slow that you keeep waiting.

Very poor quality food. Does not taste anything like South Indian food. Won't ever visit again.
