today we visited your restaurant as our previous experience was very good. but today food quality was not good as there was no salt in the masala dosas that we ordered. we even complained to the manager as well as the chef. the food should always be perfect in a Premium restaurant like yours. I was completely unsatisfied with your service today

Food was 4/10 and the waitstaff kept staring at us continuously and were giving us inappropriate smiles, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This behavior was unprofessional and affected our overall experience.

Poor experience this time The dosa came to us cold.When we complained they reheated it in microwave instead of making a fresh one .Rava dosas are suppsed to be crispy but they were not . Sambar was cold tooo Idk why the quality is getting detoriated. Service is tooo slow that you keeep waiting.

Poor service. Had to wait 50 mins to get first set of meals (snacks) that we ordered. It wasn’t even crowded yesterday and they failed to notify us for the delay. Had to go to talk to the manager and owner several times just to get some food on our tables. Won’t be visiting again.

Ordered South Indian Combo and really had a bad experience. Food was delivered cold. And Sambar & uttpam was extremly salty. Inspite of informing the restaurant, they didn't care to change/ replace it. Not worth ordering from this place.
