The food was really good. Ordered chilli paneer blast pizza and turkish tapestry chicken. Loved the food. Rajesh’s service was quite commendable too.

The ambience was good, the food was average, the pizza was bland, the service was slow, multiple people were managing a single table hands they was a lot of confusion with the order. Looking at the price and the taste of the place, it didn't feel justified. The last thing I would like to say is that if the food and the drinks get better I would surely come back to the place.

Vibrant café with a great vibe! Perfect spot to grab a refreshing mocktail. A bit disappointing though that some of the food and snack items I wanted weren’t available.

The service was slow, and the food was not appetising. One table was served by a different server, not the one who took the order. Also, the order was taken on a napkin, which gave me the vibe as if my order was not even worthy of a ticket. The pizzas were bland, they didn't have hot sauce when asked, the pasta had no flavour, and the food was expensive. Coming to the drinks the drinks were very citrusy which made it very acidic, will I go back to the place probably not.

Absolutely shocking experience. Visited this restaurant yesterday with my wife and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We sat for nearly 15 minutes and nobody even bothered to come take our order. I eventually had to walk up to the billing counter myself and request someone to attend to us. When a server finally came over, the first thing he asked was, “Kya zyada khana order karna hai?” — an unbelievably rude and unnecessary comment. I politely responded that I would order according to my appetite. After another 5–7 minutes, a female server came and casually asked, “Haan ji, kya order hai aapka?” We placed an order for 3 dishes and requested water and glasses. Another 10 minutes later, a server walks up and says, “Sir, glass nahi hai abhi.” At this point, we had already spent around 45 minutes in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water, let alone food. My wife kept asking me to stay patient, but the complete lack of professionalism, service, and basic hospitality was unbelievable. I finally asked for the manager/owner and even then had to wait another 10 minutes before someone showed up. The entire staff moved around like headless chickens — completely disorganized, clueless, and indifferent. What made it worse was that during this entire time, I saw multiple tables returning dishes and complaining about food/service issues. Disgusting experience. Incompetent staff. Zero sense of customer service or hospitality. A restaurant cannot survive with this level of chaos and negligence. Would strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I visited a café yesterday evening and ordered noodles, cigar rolls, onion kulcha, and a brownie with ice cream. While the overall taste of the food was just average, the experience took a turn for the worse later that night when I ended up with food poisoning. It was quite disappointing, as I had expected better quality and hygiene standards from the café.

pathetic service. they take half an hour to serve water. food came 50 min after ordering. staff is confused. we could see all diners going through same experience. Mothers day spoilt for us
