I recently visited this place after discovering it on Zomato, and it turned out to be a premium dining experience. I went there with my wife to celebrate her birthday, and it was truly a beautiful setting. We had lunch there, and everything about the experience was wonderful. Definitely a place I’d recommend visiting.

Food and drinks were decent, no complaints there. But I specifically came for the Sunday percussion night, and there was no event happening today. Even after asking the staff, no one had a clear answer about it, which was quite disappointing. If you promote something regularly, at least keep customers informed.

Great ambience—I’ve seen videos of this place where the party scene looks amazing. But this Sunday felt quite dull, almost like a regular weekday, nothing like a weekend vibe.

Absolutely pathetic experience. We asked the staff THREE times to turn on the AC, and every single time they lied saying it was being turned on—but nothing happened. It got so uncomfortable that we had to change our seats ourselves, and even then the waiter and management couldn’t care less. Completely ignorant and unprofessional behavior. Came here with high expectations, but the service was a complete joke. We ordered pizza and peri peri fries—food was average at best, nothing special to make up for this kind of treatment. And the audacity to add a service charge on top of this terrible service? We literally had to ask them to get it removed. If you can’t provide basic service, don’t even think about charging extra for it. Highly disappointing and not worth your time or money. Avoid this place.

The manager- Mayank is impolite. We were refused a carry bag for leftover food because we did not pay the service charge- which is already optional. Poor hospitality- would not recommend.

The bouncer at the entrance gate was rude and doesn’t know how to behave with the customers! Apart from this the server was nice and welcoming. Food okay.
