One of the worst service i have ever experienced from a Mc donald's outlet. No one is there to fullfil the order everybody is just passing on the order to next person. The order on table concept is really horrible because the order arrived post 20 mins that too just one meal if order is arriving post 20 minutes in a fast food resturant then what is the use of coming to it. Even service at the counter is extremelly slow only passing game is going on nobody is fullfilling at the order. What is the use of new technology of ordering at the screen if you can't fulfil it. Worst ever dining experience of Mc donald's

I recently ordered a McSpicy Paneer Burger from McDonald's and had a terrible experience. As someone who is allergic to lettuce, I was disappointed to find that there was no option to add special cooking instructions during the order process. Additionally, the phone number provided was incorrect. When the valet attempted to connect me with the restaurant, the person who answered was abusive and refused to accept the call. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this McDonald's again. Worst service ever!

Food was too cold ,& not upto marked seems like stale food delivered after 10pm, worst experience, will never order again.

their ac is not working at all , it was a torture with kids and it's been like this for past two months , no maintenance
