Much needed for this location. Visited for first time and really impressed by seeing the size of this outlet. It's great sitting capacity outlet. No comments about food, it's as usual tasty. I tried McPuff, French Fries and Mc Veggie and we loved it..... they were not having ice cream and some other cold stuff available, which calls for a star reduction, but overall a good one to go.

I ordered a meal and 2 burgers , at the time of ordering i asked the staff to take my order but he never responded even after I asked him for 3 times, after that he said 2 minutes more and he continued his work, that time he was counting cash, then he took my order I have asked him to serve meal in dine-in and pack 2 burgers, but they served my whole food in dine-in, Girl who serve my order I have asked her to give me packet so that I can pack myself but she never responded. and then again I have ordered 3 burger by portel, bcz no one ready for take orders on counter. and this is not the first time whenever we came for placing an order they did not take orders They always said we don't have time to place orders by the portel. I have visited many McDonald's but out of 10, 7 outlets never took orders on the counter, no good service at all no smile on his or her face, I am requesting to you pls guide and coach your staff about hospitality if they are not able to serve then don't hire this type of employees. I will never visit again especially at this outlet. Thank You.

Yesterday I visited McDonald's and I have ordered food . The food which I received was uncooked and totally cold only fries and fish burger was hot. There was no fizz in the cold drink. We asked for fresh food again they given repeated food . When checked the food was not cooked properly. It was semi cooked. Please look into the matter. The staff was least bothered what customer have complained.

Today I have ordered 3 burgers & 3 Mc puffs but all burgers are missing…….. nobody is picking up phone. Bill bhi only Mc puff ka hai, delivery person ko bhi dikhaya but help nahi mili or na burgers bheje na refund kiya….. both bills are attached. Zomato bill and Mc Donald’s bill.

McDonald’s Amrapali Leisure Valley, Greno West—never again. Cold, stale slop. Burger half-eaten with pen marks, drink missing, fries soggy. Portion fit for a rodent. Zomato, restaurant, delivery guy—all vanished. Total scam. Burn your cash, it’s faster.

On 10th Sep 2023, I ordered a delivery of Mc Spicy Chicken burger and large fries from Zomato. I only received the burger and not the fries. Today after 6 months, still the issue is unresolved.

they are serving very bad food. I had a chocolate shake, it was completely bad. not at all cold and the taste was yuk

just ordered a chicken wrap and burger..but was delivered 2 chicken burger..pathetic
