Great sitting area at first floor.. Huge space and well maintained, very hygienic, Staff is good. Love it to have it, It is situated in Gaur city mall at the entrance. The place is very crowded so must look for the seats. The outside view is also very good, and you can easily access the mall while exiting. Order time is not soo much. Overall Nice place as expected by McDonald's.❤️❤️

This outlet is mostly very crowded ,even though they serve food on time. I ordered maharaja chicken burger ,accurate taste of burger. I visited many times this place and always get happy with the food taste, ambience and helping staff.

I visited here so many times but the taste of food nd quality is increasing. I almost tasted everything nd their taste was too yumm😋. Delivery service is also good

1st March 2025 McDonalds, a big brand name for burgers for all over the world. I used to had a very good image in my mind and heart for amazing and pocket friendly burgers in their menu. But, everything has turned down to pathetic experience I had today. After a very long time I visited McDonald's , and very keenly ordered a happy meal, which consisted a veg aloo tikki burger, few juliens of french fries and a regular coke. Burger was so pathetic, and found only a dry aloo tikki and 2-3 rings of onion slice. And the bun was also so dry. I reached out to burger order taker, and shown the level of burgers they are serving to all customers like me... And he proudly answered, that it has only aloo tikki. I separately ordered a normal aloo tikki burger costed 50 only. Whereas on the other hand, the shitty meal costed me 119. Abe mcdonalds walo, please apna level thoda to maintain karlo, samne burger king tumhara business khatam kardega agle 4-5 saal me, agar yhi haal raha to. Sudhar jao.... Isse bura review nahi ho sakta duniya me. Special appeal to all the readers, please yha mat jana... isse acha roadside burgers kha lo... jada paisa hai apke paas to mujhe donate krdo... I order mc grill chicken burger. 2 burger-from zomoto on 10july 2022.they don’t add tomato in burger why .the taste is missing nd quality is not good of that burger when tomato is not there because taste is missing .as mc donald has written in menu the tomato is there in written and photo why they dont add tha tomato. Very bad mcdonald had charge me the amount of tomato .you have not provide me the tomato.you have to refund the amount to my account. As zomoto supporters are not talking correctly.

I had recently ordered food and tried to call them to give instruction as someone in my family avoids mayonnaise in the food but no matter how many time I reached out to them no one picked up the call… now the order is on its way and my family member have to avoid the dish as mc Donald’s didn’t pick up call to take instruction… highly disappointing…

“The staff seems unengaged with guests, as there’s minimal communication. Additionally, no one is present to assist at the order machines. Despite spending a good amount, there is no table service, which can feel disappointing.”

Person who came for delivery and call center personal are not even listening what customers are trying to say. Pathetic service. Waiting since am hour and westing my time.
