The service at McD Advant restaurant has been really slow, meals often get delivered after a long waiting for 15-30 minutes, often you have to go to their counter for follow ups, items are often missing, not packaged and arranged well. The entire staff is busy attending drive thru orders and are never available at the counter, particularly.

I ordered a Kartik Aryan meal and coke was missing. Tried contacting the restaurant but both numbers are unavailable. Quite unprofessional!

After seeing that McCafe has opened in this outlet we thought to give it a try. Least we knew that it would be a huge disappointment. We tried Mocha which was not up to the mark. The coffee didn't feel premium at all. Their nutella cookie, had it not been named after nutella, we would have assumed that it's some kind of salty coffee flavored cookie. It hardly had any nutella, atleast tastewise, which was a huge let down. They need to up their game if they are to compete with other cafes in the vicinity.

This is one of the worst Mc Donald's. Their payment machines never work. They don't have wifi regardless of them knowing that this place has a poor connection. Their drive thru is the worst in history. You have to wait 25 mins just to know that they are only accepting cash . On many occasions on their own they keep the restaurant closed. The reason nobody knows . McDonald's standard is like those hawkers on the roads. Whatever is happening it will happen we don't care.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The Drive-Thru is never functional, always out of stock, employees DO NOT ANY customer and the manager is never present to solve any situation. This negligence is on a criminal level because you waste our time. I hope this place shuts down for good so a better drive thru shows up elsewhere

Ordered Mc Chicken Burgers, fries and Mc Puffs. Received the burger without chicken patty. just mayonnaise and lettuce. RIDICULOUS And the contact number listed is always switched off
